What this site is

New Braunfels Foundation Co. is a referral website, not a foundation repair company. We send homeowners' requests in the New Braunfels area to one independent local foundation repair company. We don't perform, inspect, design or supervise any work, and we don't employ the people who do it.

You never pay us. Companies we refer you to may pay us for referrals.

Your agreement is with the company

Any evaluation, quote, price, schedule, payment or agreement for foundation work is between you and the company. That company is solely responsible for its work, its prices, its compliance with the law and any warranty it offers. We make no promise or warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of its work, and we aren't responsible for its acts or omissions.

Before you hire any contractor, ask for a written repair plan and price, written terms, and proof of insurance, and confirm anything else that matters to you. For structural questions, consider an independent Texas-licensed professional engineer (P.E.).
